Thank you for shopping with Hatch Multimedia. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship orders for our premade signage and printed products.

1. Order Processing​

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may require additional time, depending on the complexity and client approval stages.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

​

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

​

We ship via standard domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, destination, and urgency of your order.

​

Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. In some cases, flat-rate or free shipping may be available for select products or promotions.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

​

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

4. Shipping Locations

​

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at contact@hatchmultimedia.net.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

​

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (when applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

​

If your package is damaged or lost during transit:

​

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • Provide your order number and any photos (if damaged)

​

We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

​

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Hatch Multimedia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply.

8. Local Pickup (If Offered)

​

If local pickup is available, it will be listed as an option during checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions and location.
