Refund Policy

At Hatch Multimedia, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase, whether it’s a premade design product or a custom graphic solution. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, exchanges, or credits may be issued.

1. Premade Products (Signage & Small Format Printing)

​

All premade items are final sale. We do not offer refunds for:

​

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders submitted by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen vs. print differences

​

We will issue a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

​

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is not the one ordered

  • The item is defective or incomplete

​

To request a return or replacement, please email us at contact@hatchmultimedia.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

2. Custom Design Services

​

Custom graphic design services are made to order and involve creative time and labor. As a result:

​

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Full or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on how much work has been completed before cancellation

  • Once a final proof is approved and production begins, no refunds can be issued

​

Please ensure that all spelling, layout, and design elements are reviewed carefully during the proofing stage. Hatch Multimedia is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

3. Order Cancellations

​

You may request to cancel your order by emailing us at contact@hatchmultimedia.net as soon as possible. If production or design work has already begun, a cancellation fee or partial refund may apply.

4. Digital Products (If Applicable)

​

If you purchase a downloadable or digital file (e.g., templates, graphics):

​

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered

​

If you encounter an issue accessing your file, we’ll gladly help resolve the issue promptly.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

​

If a refund is approved:

​

  • It will be processed via your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
